Pizzeria Da Paolo

Had a visit as it was one of the few places open on Sunday. Warm greeting by the chef and waitress and offered a little drink - sadly I am one of the few who doesn't drink but a very kind gesture. I had the garlic bread and Diavola pizza both of which had a nice crispy base and were delicious and cooked well. I felt very well looked after despite my inability to speak German. I apologise that I forgot to tip as it would have been well deserved but was well away from the restaurant by the time I realised. I hope my glowing recommendation will make up for it. The place is very small so be aware if you are coming as a group - you might have to wait. Despite being a Sunday evening a group of 3 were nearly turned away until I mentioned I was about to vacate my table in 5 mins. Prices I thought were very fair and portion sizes were decent with good quality food and ingredients - well worth the money. If you are visiting Graz and it is a Sunday evening and want some nice well prepared comfort Italian food this is the place to go.

Lovely owner couple welcomes customers warmly. Self-made limoncello was delicious and so were the pizzas too! Hot and garlic sauce in the table were just perfect finishing touch.

We enjoyed our lunch here! The owner and the waitress were very welcoming and friendly! Pizza was great and the pasta dish was cooked perfectly!
